2. Hosting and technical delivery

The website and related email communication are provided through STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically required server log data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and system information. Processing supports the secure and stable delivery of the website.

3. Contact and contact form

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the information provided to handle the enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a potential assignment. The contact form collects name, organisation, email address and a concise description of the situation, with telephone number and preferred response method as optional details.

The form message is transmitted through STRATO's encrypted SMTP service to the responsible ADDRED mailbox. The message text is not additionally stored in a website database. Emails and related correspondence are retained only for as long as required to handle the enquiry and meet contractual or statutory obligations.

4. Contact form protection

To prevent automated or abusive submissions, the form uses a simple security question, a technically necessary session cookie, CSRF protection, a hidden honeypot field, a minimum completion time and limited rate limiting. For this purpose, the IP address is hashed with a secret salt and processed only as a temporary pseudonymous counter. These data are used exclusively to secure the form and not for analytics or marketing.

5. Cookies, analytics and external content

The first build uses no non-essential cookies, embedded analytics or marketing tracking, and no automatically loaded external media. The contact form's technically necessary session cookie is used only for the security question and CSRF protection and expires with the browser session.

6. Legal bases

Assignment-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps prior to entering into a contract. Other business enquiries and the secure operation of the website and contact form are based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The privacy confirmation in the form acknowledges this information and is not separate consent to marketing.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Data is shared only with technical or professional service providers where required for hosting, communication or handling an enquiry and where legally permissible. Hosting and email delivery are provided through STRATO in Germany. No international transfer is intended in this build.

8. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
